- Send an email to bowlers one week and one day prior to your event, reminding them of the date and time.
- Advise Big Brothers no less than 48 hours in advance if you need to increase or decrease the number of lanes required. Contact Big Brothers at 604.876.BIGS ext. 244 or aallibhai@bbgvf.com to revise your booking.
- Remind bowlers to complete the front of their pledge book.
- Ask bowlers to bring their pledge books, copies of their online pledge summary and all money raised.
- Return all unused pledge books at your event.
- Ask bowlers to arrive 30 minutes early.
- Encourage bowlers to wear costumes for a chance to win Best Dressed
- Have fun!
